Our return policy: all items are shipped as is ordered. Many pieces are one of a kind. 225 Water Street is not responsible for damage sustained through the shipping process. All of our items are guaranteed 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. Each purchase has a 10 day return policy. Contact us within that time period for an authorization number. Carefully pack the return and mail it back. We do not guarantee that you will be able to puzzle piece the shards back together...
